Sluice gates, including SYZ and SFZ models, are primarily applied in water supply and drainage, flood control, irrigation, water conservancy, and hydropower projects for water flow cutoff, diversion, and water level regulation. Structure

1.The door body and door frame are made of gray cast iron (or ductile iron), with high structuralstrength, good corrosion resistance and large pressure-bearing capacity (forward pressure: 0.1MPa).
2.The sealing surface is precision machined in bronze, with good sealing and small water seepage:0.72L/m,min in the forward direction and 1.25L/m.min in the reverse direction.

Installation

Check the embedded parts and foundation to ensure they meet installation requirements.
Hoist the gate frame to the installation position and adjust its level, verticality and centerline.
Fix the frame firmly with anchor bolts and fill gaps with non-shrink grout.
Install side seals and bottom seal properly to ensure good water stop effect.
Install the hoist and connect it with the gate stem, ensuring concentric alignment.
Test the gate by opening and closing fully for several times to check smooth operation.
Adjust limit switches and check for any leakage.
Finish installation and carry out acceptance inspection.
