When handling flood control, municipal drainage, or agricultural irrigation, moving vast volumes of water quickly is critical. Kairun Pump’s submersible axial flow and mixed flow pumps are specifically designed for low-head, high-discharge applications. By submerging the entire pump and motor unit, these systems eliminate the need for complex dry-pit pump houses, reducing civil engineering and construction costs. Our designs focus on robust mechanical reliability and high hydraulic efficiency to ensure continuous operation during critical seasonal demands.
Our high-capacity pumps are deployed globally across multiple sectors requiring rapid water movement:
Flood Control & Drainage Stations: High-volume drainage of low-lying urban areas, storm runoffs, and river basins during heavy rainfall.
Agricultural Irrigation: High-capacity water diversion from rivers, lakes, or reservoirs into agricultural canals.
Municipal Water Supply: Raw water intake from reservoirs or rivers to municipal drinking water treatment facilities.
Industrial Cooling Systems: Circulating massive volumes of cooling water in power plants, steel mills, and chemical processing facilities.
Optimized Hydraulic Impellers: Designed using advanced fluid dynamics software, our adjustable or fixed impellers maximize water throughput while minimizing energy consumption.
Advanced Sealing & Moisture Protection: Equipped with double-channel mechanical seals and moisture-intrusion sensors inside the oil chamber to prevent water from reaching the motor.
Robust Submersible Motors: IP68 protection, Class F or H insulation, and thermal overload switches integrated into the windings to prevent motor burnout under continuous operation.
A: Axial flow pumps discharge water parallel to the shaft, making them ideal for very high flow rates and low heads (typically under 10 meters). Mixed flow pumps discharge water at an angle, providing a combination of axial and centrifugal action, which handles slightly higher head requirements while maintaining a high flow rate.
A: Yes. Many of our larger axial flow pump models feature adjustable impeller blades. This allows operators to adjust the blade angle during installation or maintenance to fine-tune the pump's hydraulic performance based on changing site requirements.
A: We support several installation configurations, including steel well-cantilever installation, concrete well-pit installation, and slide-rail installation. Our engineering team can provide layout drawings based on your existing sump structure.
