Managing high-density mixtures, tailing runoffs, and abrasive sands requires exceptionally rugged pumping equipment. As an experienced slurry pump manufacturer in China, Kairun Pump provides heavy-duty centrifugal and submersible slurry pumps designed to withstand aggressive wear and corrosion. Whether you are operating a mineral processing plant, a river dredging project, or an industrial wastewater facility, our pumps deliver reliable flow rates and high-head performance under continuous operating loads. We focus on optimizing metallurgy and wear-liner profiles to reduce maintenance intervals and lower your operating costs.
We supply a diverse range of slurry pumps designed to handle varied concentrations of solid-liquid mixtures:
Centrifugal Slurry Pumps: Built with heavy-walled casings and high-chrome wet-end parts, ideal for high-efficiency transfer of abrasive tailing slurries in mining plants.
Submersible Slurry & Sand Pumps: Equipped with bottom-mounted agitators to fluidize settled solids and draw dense mud or sand from sumps and riverbeds.
Heavy-Duty Dredging Pumps: High-capacity pumps designed for sand reclamation, channel clearing, and harbor deepening operations.
Rubber-Lined Slurry Pumps: Engineered with high-quality natural rubber liners to handle fine particles and mildly corrosive chemical slurries in flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systems.
Wear-Resistant Metallurgy: Wet-end parts, such as impellers, volutes, and throatbushings, are cast from high-chromium white iron alloys (such as Cr27) to maximize service life against hard particles.
Dynamic Sealing Options: Choose between expeller seals, heavy-duty mechanical seals, or packed glands to accommodate different slurry concentrations and pressure demands.
Robust Shaft and Bearing Assemblies: Large-diameter shafts and heavy-duty roller bearings minimize shaft deflection and vibration under high-torque dredging conditions.
A: We primarily utilize high-chromium white cast iron (such as Cr27/A05) for highly abrasive slurries with coarse particles. For applications involving fine particles and chemical acidity, we provide natural rubber or specialized elastomer linings.
A: Yes. Many of our submersible models can be equipped with an integrated high-chrome agitator on the main shaft. The agitator fluidizes settled sand, mud, and tailings, allowing them to be sucked into the pump chamber without clogging.
A: Selection depends on several factors: the solid particle size, concentration, pH value, required flow rate, and total dynamic head. Our engineering team can analyze your slurry properties to configure the appropriate pump size and material.
