The pump is installed vertically in a well/tubular form, with the motor placed on the upper platform and the pump body submerged in the water, featuring a compact structure, reliable operation, and convenient maintenance. It is suitable for continuous operation in various large-flow, low-head applications.

Installation method

1. Pre-embedded Sleeve Barrel Installation (Mainstream)

Pour concrete pump well, pre-embed the matching steel sleeve barrel during civil construction, fix the barrel with embedded steel bars to ensure verticality and bearing capacity.
Hoist the pump main body into the sleeve barrel, align the positioning flange with the barrel top mounting seat, lock with high-strength bolts.
Connect the outlet pipeline to the side outlet of the sleeve barrel, install gate valve and check valve on the pipeline as required.
Install vertical motor on the pump top, align the transmission shaft coupling, adjust coaxiality, complete electrical wiring and liquid level sensor installation.

2. Post-installation Sleeve Barrel

For completed existing pools without pre-embedding, adopt integral sleeve base fixing, anchor bolt fixing on pool bottom, suitable for reconstruction projects.

3. Key Installation Notes

The sleeve barrel must be kept vertical, deflection error ≤0.5° to avoid shaft abrasion.
Set high & low liquid level automatic control sensors, match automatic start-stop control cabinet.
Reserve lifting space above the motor for later pump integral hoisting maintenance.
The pump inlet must be below the lowest working water level to prevent air suction and cavitation.
