Kairun Pumps | A Batch of Slurry Pumps Successfully Completed Production and Ready for Delivery to Customers

In August 2026, the production workshop of Kairun Pumps was bustling with activity. This batch of customized horizontal and vertical  slurry pumps had all completed assembly, performance testing, and multiple factory inspections. The equipment was neatly arranged on export wooden pallets, awaiting the next packaging step, and would soon be loaded and shipped to the customer’s project site.

This order included two main pump types: horizontal slurry pumps and vertical slurry pumps. Horizontal slurry pumps feature high-strength, wear-resistant flow components, are erosion-resistant and abrasion-resistant, and can efficiently transport media containing large amounts of solid particles such as slurry and tailings. They are widely used in mining, metallurgy, sand and gravel processing, and tailings treatment environments. The submersible slurry pump adopts a vertical cantilever structure, allowing the pump body to be directly immersed below the liquid surface for operation. This eliminates the need for a shaft seal, completely solving the problem of leakage. It performs exceptionally well in pumping and transporting sludge from sedimentation tanks, sludge from sewage tanks, and impurities from the bottom of tanks, making it ideal for slurry extraction operations in various water pools and tanks.

From the initial business consultation, the technical team thoroughly communicated with the client regarding their on-site conditions, confirming key parameters such as flow rate, head, medium composition, and installation conditions, and customizing a matching equipment solution. During the production process, from casting processing and precision machining of parts, to the testing and selection of core wear-resistant components such as impellers and bushings, and finally to assembly and trial testing, every process strictly adheres to quality standards. Quality inspectors meticulously verify the pump body concentricity, operating noise, sealing components, and motor operating status, leaving no detail overlooked, to ensure the equipment can adapt to the complex and harsh working environment and achieve long-term stable operation.

Currently, all pump bodies have been debugged and inspected, and are neatly arranged on wooden pallets for initial fixation. To withstand the bumps, knocks, and humid environments during long-distance transportation, all equipment will be further packaged in sealed solid wood crates. The packaging process will ensure equipment protection, adding cushioning to protruding interfaces, motors, instruments, and other precision parts. The interior of the crate will be treated for moisture protection, and the crate structure will be reinforced to minimize the risk of damage during long-distance sea or land transport. After the entire packaging process is completed, the equipment can be loaded and shipped.

Product quality is the foundation of cooperation, and comprehensive packaging protection is a crucial guarantee for the safe delivery of equipment. A qualified slurry pump must not only meet factory performance standards but also be delivered safely and intact to the customer. We will continue to monitor the entire process of packaging, loading, and logistics, synchronizing logistics information and providing seamless pre-delivery and post-delivery support. Kairun Pumps will continue to uphold its commitment to quality, refining every pump product to provide reliable slurry transportation solutions for both new and existing customers, helping projects operate smoothly and efficiently.
